To do our best work and ensure we do not compromise the caliber of concierge-level service we provide to our clientele, we only take on a select number of full-service clients each year.
Our approach to the planning of your event means that we are intimately involved in the design and curation of each component and detail, so the result is an experience unlike any other. We are with you every step of the way – from concept to completion.
That being said, we understand that one of the primary questions you likely have is, 'What is the investment?' While it's impossible to know what your event will ultimately cost, you can expect our total planning fee to range between 15% to 17% of your event's overall budget (depending on scope of work) with a required minimum planning fee of $18,000 to contract our services.

During this meeting, if both sides feel we are a good fit, we'll chart a path forward to begin our work together. The flawless execution of your event is as much the overall vision you hold for it as it is the creative partners that come together to bring it to life.
Once you’ve determined if your needs are aligned to our services, we’ll require a retainer to begin work on your event. This retainer covers the time necessary to complete the initial discovery work. At that time, we’ll create the comprehensive strategy map we’ll follow to guide you through the planning process of your marvelous event.
